Young earth
creation science experts use the Grand Canyon as a centerpiece of their
global flood model. The reason they give it so much attention is because of
its obvious implications. If it was formed over millions of years, then the
earth must be old.
The articles presented here fall into two categories. Some are
rebuttals of young earth creation science theory, and some are original
articles. Due to the fact that they conclusively defeat the young earth
creation science models, I’ve gathered them here for a comprehensive study
of the canyon.
The centerpiece of this section is the review of the major work of
creation scientists, Grand Canyon: Monument to Catastrophe, published by the
Institute for Creation Research.

Grand Canyon: Monument to Catastrophe – Book Review. This young earth book is the cornerstone of young earth theory about the Grand Canyon, but it is overflowing with errors
Coconino Sandstone – This rock formation in the Grand Canyon area is said to have been formed by the Flood of Noah. However, the authors missed some key contradictions
The Desert Problem – All it takes is one wind-deposited desert in the geologic record to disprove the young earth model
Stratigraphy - Or, can the Global Flood of Noah produce all the rock layers we see in the Grand Canyon?
Young-Earth Creationism and the Geology of the Grand Canyon – by Jonathan Woolf
Missing Rivers – Do absence of Canyon forming rivers mean anything?
Canyon Deception – Can a modern canyon that formed in six days give evidence of the Flood being able to create the Grand Canyon?
TTMCLS - The Grand Canyon - Calling evolutionists stupid is hardly an effective evangelism tool
Creationism and the Grand Conjectural Canyon - Age of Rocks
The Grand Canyon: Magnificent Witness to Earth's History - The Natural Historian
Did you know that you can be a Christian,
and believe that the earth is billions of years old? You can even
believe in evolution and be a Christian. There is no conflict
between science and the Bible...all one needs is a proper
understanding how to merge science and the Bible. To learn more

Christian and Believe in an Old Earth?

provide rebuttals to the bad science behind young earth creationism,
and honor God by properly presenting His creation.
